Guidepost provides both short-tem and long-term counseling and psychotherapy services. Guidepost helps people heal from emotional difficulties by providing a safe place for individuals to discuss their concerns and problems. We strive to not only reduce symptoms but also to gain insight into underlying issues. We work with each client to set up an individually tailored plan that is based on collaboration and respect. The timeline varies depending on the needs of each person. Sometimes clients come to Guidepost to work on specific issues and once that is resolved they choose to stay to work on other issues.
